Pool Deck Mix

Stone Edge Surfaces Concrete Repair & Refurbishment System is ASTM certified and fire rated for commercial and residential, and is used for repairing and refurbishing damaged, spalled, cracked, and broken concrete driveways, patios, pool decks and walkways as an option over demo and
new concrete pour. Only two (2) mixes are needed for each application type. Pro Bond is the Underlayment/Primer coat to fill spalled, cracked, broken and backfill up to 4 inches. Stamp Mix (stamped, carved or textured finishes), Spray Mix (knockdown finishes on decks and pool decks), Trowel Mix (broom & trowel finishes). Stone Edge Surfaces products are ALL “just add water” single component mixes and are known for their ease of use, flexural strength, high PSI, long lasting wear, and are manufactured in our own factories.

APPLICATION

BASE/TOP COAT: Base Coat: Pro Bond. Top Coat Stamp,
Trowel or Spray Mix. For Knockdown: Spray mix as Smooth or
Slurry Coat.
THICKNESS: Pro Bond: 1/8” to 4”, Stamp & Trowel Mix: 1/4” to 3/8“ average. Slurry/Smooth Coat 1/16” – 1/8”, Spray/Texture Coat 1/16” – 1/8”
APPLICATION METHOD: Trowel, Gauge Rake, Magic Trowel, Mortar Sprayer
WORKING TIME: 15 Min to 2 Hours per Coat
PRODUCTS USED WITH: Pro Bond, Liquid colors, Integral Colors, Pro Seal, varied Sealers.
COMMONLY APPLIED OVER: Concrete….Plywood if prepped properly
